Vegan Matcha Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • Measure 2 cups of Unsweetened Good Karma Plantmilk in a measuring cup

  • In a saucepan add 1 to 1 1/2 tsp green tea matcha powder

  • Add a little of the milk to help with mixing the matcha into a thinner consistency using a bamboo whisker

  • Next add 1 Tbsp of tapioca flour

  • 1/2 Tbsp of Agar Agar Powder

  • Add a little more milk and mix again

  • Next add 1 cup of date sugar

  • Add more milk and mix again

  • Next add 1 tsp of cocoa butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mix again and add the rest of the milk now!

  • Transfer to heat , bring to a boil and cook on medium low for 8 to 10 minutes! Continue stirring with a whisker ! Make sure all the powders are nicely incorporated!

  • Pour into your favorite molds , let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour at least!
