Vegan Matcha Panna Cotta
Ingredients
Measure 2 cups of Unsweetened Good Karma Plantmilk in a measuring cup
In a saucepan add 1 to 1 1/2 tsp green tea matcha powder
Add a little of the milk to help with mixing the matcha into a thinner consistency using a bamboo whisker
Next add 1 Tbsp of tapioca flour
1/2 Tbsp of Agar Agar Powder
Add a little more milk and mix again
Next add 1 cup of date sugar
Add more milk and mix again
Next add 1 tsp of cocoa butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix again and add the rest of the milk now!
Transfer to heat , bring to a boil and cook on medium low for 8 to 10 minutes! Continue stirring with a whisker ! Make sure all the powders are nicely incorporated!
Pour into your favorite molds , let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour at least!
