Superberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

    Blueberry Layer

  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats 

  • 1/4 cup fresh blended blueberries 

  • 1/2 cup Good Karma Original Plantmilk 

  • 1 to 2 tsp flax meal 

  • Mix all ingredients and set aside 


  • Pitaya Layer:

  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats

  • 1 Tbsp Pitaya powder 

  • 1/2 cup Good Karma Original Plantmilk

  • Mix all ingredients and set aside 

Directions

Assemble jar instructions:

  1. Place the blueberry layer on the bottom , add coconut yoghurt as a second layer , add Pitaya layer as a third layer or you can switch the order.

  2. Top with fresh berries and place in the refrigerator overnight!
