Ingredients
1/4 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup fresh blended blueberries
1/2 cup Good Karma Original Plantmilk
1 to 2 tsp flax meal
Mix all ingredients and set aside
1/4 cup gluten free oats
1 Tbsp Pitaya powder
1/2 cup Good Karma Original Plantmilk
Mix all ingredients and set aside
Blueberry Layer
Pitaya Layer:
Directions
Assemble jar instructions:
Place the blueberry layer on the bottom , add coconut yoghurt as a second layer , add Pitaya layer as a third layer or you can switch the order.
Top with fresh berries and place in the refrigerator overnight!
