Ingredients

    Classic Green Smoothie

  • 1 C Mango

  • 1 C Pineapple

  • 2 Bananas

  • 2 C kale *or spinach


  • Berry Smoothie

  • 1 C Spinach

  • 2 C Raspberries

  • 2 C Strawberries

  • 2-3 Dates (for sweetness)

  • 2 Bananas/ or 1 Avocado


  • Green Immune Boost Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas

  • 2 Apples

  • 2 Kiwis

  • 2 tsp, fresh Ginger, chopped and peeled

  • 2 C Spinach


  • Flaxmilk Base

  • 2 Cups of Good Karma Unsweetened Vanilla Flaxmilk + Protein

Directions

  1. Chop and prep your ingredients and add to a freezer friendly bags (we love Stasher). Press the air out of the bags and seal tightly. Store in the freezer until ready to use.

  2. To Prepare: add the smoothie pack + 2 Cups of Good Karma flaxmilk to your blender and blend until smooth.
