Vegan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp water 

  • ¼ cup mashed banana 

  • 1 cup gluten free flour 

  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Good Karma Flaxmilk Unsweetened + Protein

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil 

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make your desired size pancakes.
