Rainbow Smoothie Bowl
Brighten up your morning with a plant-powered rainbow smoothie bowl!
1 C frozen Strawberries
¼ C frozen Blueberries
1 frozen Banana
2 tbsp frozen Spinach
2 frozen Cauliflower florets
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ -1 C Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + ProteinBuy It
Red—strawberries, or raspberries
Orange- Oranges, or mangos
Green- Kiwis, or green grapes
Clouds- dragon fruit or coconut
Kid-Friendly Banana Berry Smoothie Base
Fruit—dice fruit into small bite-size pieces
Prep your fruit by peeling (if necessary) and chopping it into small pieces. Separate into small bowls by variety/color. For the dragon fruit, use a melon baller to scoop into small sphere shapes.
Blend the banana berry smoothie until smooth. Tip: it is best to keep these smoothies on the thicker side so the fruit doesn’t sink to the bottom
To serve, pour the smoothie into bowls and arrange your fruit in a curved rainbow shape starting with the strawberry (red), then orange, then kiwis (green), and blueberry (blue) and last the dragon fruit for the ‘clouds’. ENJOY!
