Dairy-Free Banana Split Shake

Chocolate, strawberry or vanilla? We’re split! This better-for-you shake is full of all the classic sweet, creamy flavors of a banana split, without the dairy. Kid and parent approved. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    Shake

  • 2 dates

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 fresh#banana sliced in half for serving, optional

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ½ C frozen strawberries

  • 1 C Good Karma Vanilla Flaxmilk + Protein

  • 1-2 tbsp agave (optional)


  • Coconut Cream Topping

  • 1 14oz can of coconut cream, * chilled in the fridge overnight to harden

  • ½ C powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Put in fridge until serving


  • Optional Toppings

  • Dairy free chocolate syrup, chocolate chips + sprinkles

Directions

  1. Place shake ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more Flaxmilk for desired consistency.

  2. To Serve—drizzle chocolate syrup around the rim of glass allowing it to drip down. Add 1 banana cut in half to bot
