Directions
Combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and ginger into a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed banana, brown sugar, chia seeds, coconut oil, vanilla, and Flaxmilk until nicely combined.
Slowly add oats mix into your wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Fold in blueberries and chocolate chips
Add mixture into an oiled baking dish (we used coconut oil) and insert in the oven at 375F for about 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown
