Raspberry Mango Vegan Ice Cream

Ingredients

    Raspberry Ice Cream

  • 200 ml Good Karma Unsweetened Plant Milk

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or any plant yogurt

  • 2 to 4 Tbsp of maple syrup

  • some lemon zest

  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice


  • Mango Ice Cream

  • 200 ml Good Karma Unsweetened Plant Milk

  • 1 cup of fresh mango

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or any plant yogurt

  • 2 to 4 Tbsp of maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice

Directions

Raspberry Ice Cream

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender! Pour into ice cube molds. Freeze for a few hours!

  2. When frozen take it out of the freezer. Add the raspberry cubes inside the blender along with a 3 to 4 Tbsp of Good Karma Plant Milk to help the blending process! Blend and serve in ice cream cones.

Mango Ice Cream

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender! Pour into ice cube molds. Freeze for a few hours!
