Layered Berry Chia Pudding
Start the week off right with an at home breakfast favorite!
½ C chia seeds
1 ½ -2 C Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional—add more or less depending on desired sweetness
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
½ C frozen Strawberries
¼ C frozen Raspberries
½ C frozen Pineapple
½-1 C Water
2 Tbsp C Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein
Add chia seeds, Good Karma Flaxmilk, + Protein, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Whisk together. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3hrs or up to a day to set the pudding.
Once the pudding is set, remove it from the refrigerator and add the desired amount to individual jars
To serve, top the chia pudding with the blended berry smoothie, fresh berries, and mint. .
