My milkshake brings all the kids to the kitchen! This creamy, dairy-free milkshake is made with frozen banana, frozen cauliflower and the most delicious Plantmilk packing in 5 grams of protein!! Top with dairy-free whipped cream and dye-free sprinkles and it’s a great way to beat the heat AND nourish with plant-powered protein, some fruit and veggies!
2 bananas, frozen
1 cup of cauliflower, frozen
2 cups of Good Karma Original Plantmilk
Optional Toppings: Dairy-free whipped cream, dye-free sprinkles, banana slice
Blend in a high-speed blender, top with dairy-free whipped cream, dye-free sprinkles, a few slices of banana and ENJOY!
