Ingredients
1 chopped carrot
1 frozen banana sliced
2 Tbsp sprouted gluten free oats
1 soft pitted date
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg ( optional)
1 cup of Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour in a cup
