  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 1 tbs peanut butter (optional)


  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • Ice cubes (if needed

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
