  1. 2 frozen bananas
  2. 1 can of pumpkin puree
  3. 1 cup of Good Karma Vanilla Flaxmilk + Protein
  4. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  6. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  7. Maple syrup to taste
  8. Toppings: Pecans, chia seeds, shredded coconut and dried cranberries
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender on high until fully blended and smooth. Pour smoothies into two bowls and top with your favorite toppings!
