  1. 2 cups of spinach or kale
  2. 1 ½ cups of Good Karma Good Greens and Pineapple Probiotic Drinkable Yogurt
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 cup of pineapple or mango frozen or fresh
  5. Toppings: we used banana, apple, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Build monster faces with your kiddos using any ingredients you have available. Get creative and have fun!
