  2. Berries, sliced
  3. Mango, sliced
  4. Kiwi, diced
  5. Mint leaves

  1. Prep and cut fruits.
  2. Soak rice paper for 30 seconds, drain and lay on flat surface.
  3. Arrange fruit starting with mint leaves, then mango, kiwi and berries.
  4. Wrap up the rice paper, folding up from the bottom, then the top (should look like a rectangle). Roll up, starting from one of the shorter sides.
  5. Whisk together dip ingredients and serve with the spring rolls.
