Banana Sushi

  1. 1 medium banana
  2. 1-2 tablespoons Good Karma Dairy Free Yogurt, preferred flavor
  3. Dang coconut chips
  1. Peel banana
  2. Dip or spread the banana in yogurt so it is evenly coated on all sides
  3. Sprinkle on the coconut chips and pressing lightly to make sure they stick
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet and freeze for at least one hour
  5. Slice into pieces and serve
  1. Free from: dairy, gluten, soy, eggs and nuts
