  1. Ingredients for Bowl
  2. 1 cup of Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk
  3. 1 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
  4. 1 whole apple, sliced and pitted
  5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. Ingredients for Baked Apple Topping
  9. 1 apple, sliced
  10. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  11. 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
  1. Place the ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a mixer on high until fully blended. Set aside.
  2. In a medium pan, heat up the coconut oil and add the apples and cook on low for about 10 minutes, add the sugar and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Assemble your bowl and top with baked apples!
