- 2 cups of spinach or kale
- 1 ½ cups of Good Karma Good Greens and Pineapple Probiotic Drinkable Yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of pineapple or mango frozen or fresh
- Toppings: we used banana, apple, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Build monster faces with your kiddos using any ingredients you have available. Get creative and have fun!
