On-The-Go Overnight Oats

- 1 cups of raw oats
- 3/4 cup of Good Karma Flaxmilk (any variety)
- 1/2 banana smashed
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- Toppings: strawberries, peaches and dates
- Fill a mason jar with all ingredients and seal with a lid. Mix ingredients by tipping the jar over and letting the flaxmilk run to the bottom. Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning!
- If you prefer the oats hot, you can place the jar in the microwave for 2 minutes.
