Ingredients
  1. 1 cups of raw oats
  2. 3/4 cup of Good Karma Flaxmilk (any variety)
  3. 1/2 banana smashed
  4. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  5. Toppings: strawberries, peaches and dates
Instructions
  1. Fill a mason jar with all ingredients and seal with a lid. Mix ingredients by tipping the jar over and letting the flaxmilk run to the bottom. Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning!
Notes
  1. If you prefer the oats hot, you can place the jar in the microwave for 2 minutes.
