- 6 rice papers
- Berries, sliced
- Mango, sliced
- Kiwi, diced
- Mint leaves
- Good Greens + Pineapple
- Muddled mint
- Prep and cut fruits.
- Soak rice paper for 30 seconds, drain and lay on flat surface.
- Arrange fruit starting with mint leaves, then mango, kiwi and berries.
- Wrap up the rice paper, folding up from the bottom, then the top (should look like a rectangle). Roll up, starting from one of the shorter sides.
- Whisk together dip ingredients and serve with the spring rolls.
